Ralph Davis
Elder
Ralph Davis, Sr has been a member of Life Valley since 2014. During that time he has served as a greeter, Bible study teacher/facilitator, one of the pastor’s prayer partners, and in various volunteer capacities. He enjoys reading, gardening, restoring antique radios, and photography, but most of all he enjoys studying and teaching God’s Word. Ralph and his wife, Jefferylynn, are the parents of two sons, Ralph Jr. and William.
Todd Flaker
Elder
Todd grew up in Illinois, and moved to the South Bay with others for the mission of church planting in the summer of 2013. His ministries focus on the tech and worship sides of services, but also enjoys being able to cook and serve others.
Derek Glynn
Elder
Derek has been a member of Life Valley since 2013 when he moved to the South Bay with a passion for seeing people radically transformed for Christ. He loves being able to serving in various ministries, including greeting, teaching small groups, and supporting the work of missions, as well as various others. Derek and his wife Melissa have one wonderful son, Ethan.
Arman Fadrilan
Elder
Arman has been attending Life Valley since May 2010. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and savior on February 2016. He is dedicated to serving Christ and spreading the good news. He humbly accepts serving Jesus as an Elder and will strive for excellence for His glory. Arman and his wife Toni Rose, have 2 beautiful children Amanda and Toby.
Michael Bushnell
Elder
Michael has been faithfully serving at Life Valley for many years. He enjoys evangelism, outreach, and missions. Michael has been married to his lovely wife Sharee since 2009 and they have 2 beautiful children together, Josiah and Bella. John 12:25
Tiffany Markum
Women’s Ministry
Tiffany is Pastor John’s wife and in addition to keeping him sane, oversees our women’s ministry. She’s also the glue that keeps harmony around here – watching for our staff and leaders’ families.
Christian Hainry
Treasurer
Christian served Life Valley when it was East Valley Church in 1996. Christian and Gemma have 3 children and will celebrate their 23rd wedding anniversary in May. They have been cooking for all LVCC events all these years. Christian has been General Manager at Holy Names University in Oakland, for the past 5 years, running the food program for about 400 students and the Catering department. Looking forward to a new adventure with our Life Valley Community Church.
Aubrey Monroe
Financial Director
Aubrey has been involved with our church since January 2015. Her attention to detail, integrity, and financial knowledge makes her a perfect fit. Aubrey and her husband, Matt, have 2 beautiful boys Ezekiel and Oliver
